1. General presentation1.1 These conditions of use are in force and apply, without limitation, to all users of Mission Logement, its related tools and all entities related to Corporation Plex inc. By default, and for reasons of simplification, the masculine gender is applied to all content of the site, and the term Mission Logement will be used to designate Mission Logement, its related tools and all entities linked to Corporation Plex inc.1.2 Mission Logement and its administrators are referred to as “we”. Products and services are referred to as “service”. Any user is referred to as “you”.1.3 By completing your registration, you accept the terms and conditions without limitation or reservation. Without accepting these conditions, you will not be able to use the services, so you must read them carefully and approve them. 1.6 By using Mission Logement you accept that:
- The data used for the calculations and figures presented on the web application are aggregated by Mission Logement, based on information obtained from the CTRL (The Technological Center for Housing Research).

- The predetermined values in the Mission Logement calculator constitute estimates and may not be the exact values that you will obtain in the actual financing of your projects.
- The user who plans to use this data must do so while being aware that it is only a sampling of the total rental supply when it comes to rent.
- Mission Logement and its officers, administrators and employees would in no way be held responsible for a misinterpretation and/or understanding and/or use of the data displayed, transmitted, or conveyed, whether by one or the other of the tools offered, on the Mission Logement website or via email.
1.7 By using all information from Mission Logement and its subsidiaries, you certify that:
- No resale of data and any other forms of monetization based, among other things, on the use of Mission Logement data will be made, with the exception of an agreement formally signed by Mission Logement and its managers;
- Any use of Mission Logement data in the context of professional work, a blog article, a market study or any other form of content will not be permitted without referencing Mission Logement, and without a formal agreement previously signed by Mission Logement and its leaders.
2. ResponsibilitiesYou release Mission Logement and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and their respective assigns from all damages that you may suffer, and agree not to assert against them any claim arising from your purchases or use of the products. and third party services or merchandise offered on the web application or on third party sites through the web application.All information shared or published by Mission Logement is for informational purposes only. Through the survey, Mission Logement may collect the following personal information:
